For financial advisor Eustache Clerveaux of Fidare Wealth Solutions LLC, supporting financial well-being extends beyond helping individuals plan for their futures. It also means helping ensure that people have access to one of the most fundamental building blocks of financial stability: a safe and secure place to call home.
That commitment led Clerveaux to advocate for Westchester Residential Opportunities, Inc. (WRO), where he serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee.
WRO serves communities throughout New York’s Lower Hudson Valley with a mission to promote equal, affordable and accessible housing opportunities for all residents. Through its Comprehensive Housing Counseling program, the organization helps individuals and families navigate some of the most consequential financial challenges they may face, from buying a first home to preventing eviction or foreclosure.
The program provides first-time homebuyer education, financial literacy, eviction prevention, mortgage and tax foreclosure prevention, utility shutoff prevention, advocacy and reverse mortgage counseling. Importantly, WRO counselors also help residents access critical financial assistance that can make the difference between remaining securely housed and facing displacement.
“It’s hard to plan for tomorrow when you’re worried about where you’ll live tonight. Before a family can invest, save for college, or plan for retirement, they need a secure place to call home. WRO helps families across the Lower Hudson Valley build that foundation.”

Helping Families Remain in Their Homes
In 2025 alone, WRO helped 43 households receive rental arrears assistance, while hundreds more received information and advocacy services. Counselors helped 50 borrowers close on loan modifications, and two additional households received financial assistance that allowed them to avoid tax foreclosure.
WRO expects the need for these services to remain steady in 2026. Housing instability can affect school and workplace attendance, physical and mental health, family stability and a household’s ability to build financial security over time. By helping residents remain safely housed, WRO is working to strengthen both individual families and the communities in which they live.
Two Missions, One Commitment to Advisor-Led Impact
The collaboration between Quad-A and Invest in Others reflects the complementary missions of two organizations committed to strengthening the financial services community while expanding its positive impact. It has not only awarded a grant to a Quad-A member this year, but it has also helped uncover stories like Eustache’s advocacy for WRO.
Quad-A works to advance Black and African American financial advisors and affiliated professionals through connection, professional development, advocacy and opportunity. Invest in Others works to amplify, celebrate, and inspire the charitable work of financial advisors, providing funding and recognition that help advisors increase their impact on the nonprofit organizations and communities they care about.
When working on collaborations like the one in 2026, the organizations can introduce more advisors to the power of advisor-led philanthropy while directing meaningful resources toward nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs.
For Invest in Others, collaborations like this one also create opportunities to reach advisors who may not yet be familiar with our grant programs and show them that their professional expertise, community relationships, and passion for giving back can become catalysts for even greater impact.
While he was not selected for the Quad-A grant, Eustache’s support of WRO is a fitting example of what can inspire other advisors. He shared that as a financial advisor, he understands the importance of financial knowledge, access and stability. WRO puts many of those same principles into action for individuals and families at moments when financial guidance and intervention can have lasting consequences.
It is also a reminder of what becomes possible when organizations come together around a shared belief: financial advisors can be powerful forces for good in the communities they serve.
