Michael Brady, Generosity Wealth Management
Michael Brady was adopted as an infant, an experience that shapes everything he does today for children in need of the same security he once received. We’re pleased to recognize Brady, of Generosity Wealth Management in Boulder, CO, as a Volunteer of the Year Award finalist for the 2026 Invest in Others Awards. His volunteerism is with Frontier Horizon, an organization whose mission is to create connections that offer orphans around the world life-transforming opportunities.
Brady felt called to use his financial planning and investment experience to serve children in the adoption and foster space, in a way that aligned closely with his own story. He joined Frontier Horizon’s board in February 2022, and his volunteer work has since directly impacted more than 1,500 vulnerable children.
Just weeks after Brady joined the board, Russia’s renewed invasion of Ukraine forced Frontier Horizon to pivot from international hosting and adoption to a new model: week-long camps in Western Ukraine, knows as Camp Dreamland, where children affected by the war could simply be kids again. Brady’s fundraising efforts helped support the camps, and he has traveled to Ukraine himself to spend time with the children there. Beyond his role as the organization’s Treasurer, he’s become someone the kids ask for by name.

“I am proud that my efforts, fundraising, presence, mentoring, give children a brief but powerful experience of security and love that I hope will sustain them until they can be hosted and, ultimately, adopted into permanent, loving families,” said Brady.
“Michael has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our mission and a deep personal investment in the lives of vulnerable children around the globe,” said Dr. Vincent Rosini, Founder of Frontier Horizon. “Most importantly, Michael builds authentic relationships with the children, so much that one of the most common questions I hear when visiting is, ‘Where’s Mike?’.”
As a Volunteer of the Year Award finalist, Frontier Horizon will receive a $25,000 grant from Invest in Others to help extend their impact with orphans around the world. We look forward to celebrating Brady’s story at this year’s Invest in Others Awards Gala.
