Quad-A’s 2026 WIIN Conference to Spotlight Women Reimagining Work, Wealth and Wellness

March 4, 2026

Strong relationships and collaboration across industry organizations are essential to strengthening the financial advisory profession and expanding its impact. Organizations like the Association of African American Financial Advisors (Quad-A) play a critical role in building community, advancing representation, and supporting the next generation of leaders in wealth management. This mission closely aligns with the work of Invest in Others, which seeks to amplify, celebrate, and inspire the charitable work of financial advisors who are making a difference in their communities. By supporting initiatives that foster leadership, opportunity, and inclusion within the industry, both organizations share a commitment to empowering advisors to create meaningful change, both within the profession and through the philanthropic work they champion.

In its 25th Anniversary year, Quad-A proudly marked a historic milestone by ringing the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange, a powerful symbol of growth, influence, and enduring commitment to excellence in financial services.

Looking for a fantastic industry event? Quad-A will host the 2026 Women’s Impact Initiative Network (WIIN) Conference on June 24–25, 2026, bringing together women leaders, entrepreneurs, and emerging professionals from across the wealth management and financial services industry.

Taking place at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, the two-day event will explore the theme “Pathways & Power: Women Reimagining Work, Wealth & Wellness.” The conference is designed to foster meaningful conversations, professional development, and community-building among women shaping the future of financial services.

Elevating Women in Wealth Management

The WIIN Conference is part of Quad-A’s Women’s Impact Initiative Network, a cornerstone program dedicated to addressing the underrepresentation of women, particularly Black and African American women, within the financial services industry. Through leadership development, networking opportunities, and educational programming, WIIN aims to create pathways for women to thrive and lead within the profession.

Over the course of two days, attendees will participate in dynamic sessions focused on leadership, career growth, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, and wellness. The conference will also feature opportunities for attendees to build relationships with peers and industry leaders committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in wealth management.

The event begins on June 24 with the WIT Networking Event, an evening designed to connect professionals across the industry and foster meaningful collaboration.
