The Invest in Others Charitable Foundation is proud to announce that Chief Development Officer Nicole Morgan has been named to The Top 50 Women Leaders of South Carolina for 2026, a prestigious recognition honoring influential women making a meaningful impact across business, philanthropy, and their communities.
The annual list highlights women who are driving change and shaping the future of South Carolina through leadership, innovation, and service. Honorees are selected for their professional accomplishments and their commitment to strengthening their communities.
Morgan, who joined Invest in Others in 2024 as its first Chief Development Officer, brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and business development. In her role, she leads the organization’s fundraising strategy, corporate partnerships, and donor engagement efforts, helping to expand the foundation’s reach and deepen its impact nationwide.

Prior to joining Invest in Others, Morgan served as Chief Development Officer at the Columbia Museum of Art, where she helped expand access to arts and culture across South Carolina, and as Vice President of Development at Back on My Feet, where she led national fundraising efforts supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction.
Throughout her career, Morgan has focused on building bridges between philanthropy and community impact, an approach that aligns closely with Invest in Others’ mission to amplify, celebrate, and inspire the charitable work of financial professionals.
This latest recognition adds to Morgan’s growing list of accolades, including being named one of the Top 50 Women Chief Development Officers of 2025.
