Nicole Morgan

Nicole Morgan joined Invest in Others as Chief Development Officer in 2024, leading fundraising strategy and strategic collaboration in support of the organization’s mission to amplify, celebrate, and inspire the charitable work of financial advisors and firms. Nicole has a passion for connecting and strengthening communities. Her heart for service and belief in community responsibility has kept her closely tied to the nonprofit sector throughout her career.

Prior to joining Invest in Others, Nicole served as Chief Development Officer at the Columbia Museum of Art, where she helped advance a development strategy that strengthened the museum’s role as a cultural cornerstone for South Carolina. Her collaborative leadership emphasized expanded access and inclusion, including securing a significant multi-year grant that provided free summer admission for all South Carolinians. As a result, the museum experienced record attendance and unprecedented community reach.

Nicole also served as Vice President of Development at Back on My Feet, leading national fundraising efforts and managing a development team supporting 16 communities nationwide. Working closely with program leadership, she helped grow resources for the organization’s innovative approach to homelessness and addiction, contributing to year-over-year growth and supporting thousands of individuals in achieving jobs, housing, and long-term economic independence.

Beyond her professional work, Nicole is deeply committed to community service and volunteer leadership. She has served on numerous boards and committees and has been recognized by Georgia Trend magazine for her contributions to community development and philanthropy. In both 2025 and 2026, she was named one of the Top 50 Female Chief Development Officers in the country by Women We Admire.

A lifelong learner, Nicole is a graduate of Leadership America and the Georgia Academy for Economic Development. She studied Political Science at the University of Georgia and holds a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Charlotte.
