Jessica has more than a decade of experience in nonprofit management and operations, program development, event planning, and marketing, with a proven ability to multi-task and problem solve in dynamic environments while driving growth.
Jessica currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Invest in Others, overseeing financial performance, program strategy, and operational efficiency, ensuring that all departments, from development to marketing, work in sync to support sustainable growth. As the Foundation’s second hire in 2014, Jessica has worked with the executive team and board of directors to exponentially increase annual revenue, program engagement, and grant funds awarded to charity.
She previously worked in alumni relations and fundraising for Bentley University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Skidmore College, a Master of Arts in History from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University. She is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School.
