Who They Are and What They Do
New Friends New Life’s mission is simple yet profound: to restore and empower trafficked and sexually exploited teen girls, women, and their children. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, the organization guides individuals toward safety, independence, and long-term healing.
Their comprehensive programming includes:
- Women’s Programs with counseling, case management, and economic empowerment tools.
- Youth Resource Centers offering life skills and trauma support for at-risk and exploited girls ages 12–22.
- Employment Partnerships & Job Readiness Support to help survivors gain steady and meaningful work.
- Legal Advocacy Clinic providing free legal support to remove barriers to housing, employment, and stability.
- Liberty Street Garden, a pioneering workforce initiative where survivors can earn a living wage while growing produce and building community.
