A Closer Look: 5 Questions for Our Newest Committee Member

December 2, 2025

Volunteering as an Invest in Others committee member is a powerful way to help advance our mission of celebrating, amplifying, and inspiring the charitable work of the financial services community.

Committee members play a hands-on role in shaping our programs and operations, uplifting remarkable nonprofit stories of impact, and ensuring that the advisors and firms making a difference receive the recognition they deserve. By lending their time, expertise, and perspective, volunteers help elevate the impact of our awards, grants, and initiatives, ultimately extending our reach and deepening our ability to support people and communities nationwide. Serving on a committee isn’t just an act of service; it’s an opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a growing movement of generosity and leadership within the industry.

That’s why we’re excited to get to know one of our newest committee members, Jack Casady, Director of Marketing at
Beck Bode.

He’s recently joined our marketing committee and we’re eager to have his support as we enter into our 20th anniversary in 2026.

1. Quick bio on who you are, where you live, and work.
My name is Jack Casady. I live in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and I’m the Director of Marketing at Beck Bode, an RIA based in Dedham, MA, with locations in New Hampshire and Traverse City, Michigan. I’m a hands-on strategic thinker who enjoys blending high-level strategy with day-to-day marketing execution, and I’m passionate about making financial topics engaging and accessible.

2. What is your personal connection to Invest in Others, and how do you view it now versus when you were younger?
I’ve had a lifelong connection to Invest in Others because my dad was one of the founding members during his time at LPL Financial. Growing up, I attended the events and saw firsthand how a close-knit community of advisors came together for a greater cause. Now, being in the industry myself, it feels like a full-circle moment to carry on that legacy. Carrying forward my dad’s values and commitment is a big motivator for me, and being involved with Invest in Others lets me honor what he started. It’s a special way to keep his legacy alive.

3. Any thoughts on the gala or what stood out to you that made you eager to get more involved?
I’ve always found the galas to be fantastic, but what really excites me now is the upcoming brand refresh and refreshed focus for 2026. It’s inspiring to see how we can rejuvenate the story and bring even more firms into the fold to build on the amazing fundraising history. That’s what made me eager to get more involved.

4. Why do you think it’s important to blend philanthropy and volunteerism with professional pursuits in wealth management and financial advising?
It’s important because it allows us to apply our skills to causes bigger than ourselves or our firms. Invest in Others is a perfect example of how we can come together, even as competitors, to make a meaningful impact. It broadens our perspective and lets us leverage our expertise for the greater good.

5. What are you looking forward to in 2026 as we celebrate the 20th anniversary?
I’m really looking forward to celebrating the 20th anniversary and being part of the refreshed brand presentation that the team has been working on. It’s an exciting milestone and a great opportunity to look ahead to the future. I’m eager to contribute more in a marketing capacity and to help create even more impact as we move forward.
