As the year draws to a close, we at Invest in Others Charitable Foundation feel a deep sense of gratitude and celebration. It has been a year of tremendous growth, deepening impact, and powerful collaboration, and we’re honored to share our
2025 Impact Report with you.
Celebrating a milestone year
With a bold eye toward 2026, and our 20th anniversary on the horizon, we reflect on what happens when a community of financial services professionals, sponsors, volunteers, Board members, staff, and friends of the organization come together behind a shared mission: to amplify, celebrate, and inspire the charitable work of the financial services community.
From the pages of this year’s Impact Report, you’ll find stories that capture the heart of our mission:
- Our foundation is now stewarding over $5 million in assets, enabling us to deepen and expand our reach.
- We have expanded our focus to include urgent and emerging areas such as mental health and environmental protection, in response to the evolving needs of the world around us.
- We highlight inspiring leaders receiving our Awards, such as John Hyland (Our 2025 Executive Tribute), whose decades of commitment to philanthropy and advocacy were recognized at our gala in Boston.
- At our 19th Annual Awards Gala, thanks to the generosity of the financial-services community, we surpassed our goal: raising $1 million, double our campaign target, to be shared between Invest in Others and Blood Cancer United.
- We spotlight nonprofits benefiting from our Grants Program, from organizations serving youth in underserved communities, to inclusive employment initiatives for adults with disabilities, and more.
Why this matters
When financial advisors, firms, and industry professionals commit their time, talent, and resources to education, health, human services, hunger relief, veterans’ causes, and so much more, they create what we call “ripple effects of kindness and philanthropy” that extend far beyond their own backyards.
These are not one-off gifts. These are intentional acts of service embedded in a community that believes: when we invest in others, we create stronger, more resilient people and communities.
